Liu's Cuisine opened in September of 2004 and brought Barrhaven a unique experience yet to be matched, still remaining the only restaurant in Barrhaven to offer such a large variety of Asian food, offering Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisines in a comfortable dine-in lounge. Take out and a delivery service is also available, serving all of old and new Barrhaven, Chapman Mills, Stonebridge, Heart's Desire and Orchard Estates.

The proud owners, Samson and Tina Liu, are on site everyday and are fully involved in the preparation of delicious dishes. They are originally excellent chefs, having been in the restaurant business for over 15 years, but they had to hire extra chefs to keep up with the high demand, although it remains a family-run business.
